1. Copyright and ownership

Unless otherwise noted, content on this website is © Awra Amba Community New Chapter Behaviour and Development Building Multipurpose Association. This includes articles, program descriptions, photographs we own, the Awra Amba logo, and layout/design elements created for this site.

2. Permitted uses

You may use our public materials without prior written permission for the following purposes, provided you follow the conditions in section 3:

• Personal, educational, or non-commercial reference.
• News reporting or academic citation with clear attribution.
• Sharing links to our official pages on social media.
• Quoting short excerpts (typically up to 250 words) with attribution and a link to the source page.

3. Attribution requirements

When you reuse our content, you must:

• Credit “Awra Amba Community” or the full legal name of the Association.
• Link to the original page on this website when shared online.
• Not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval unless we have agreed in writing.
• Not alter quotes or images in a misleading way.

4. Uses that require permission

Contact us before:

• Commercial reproduction of photos, videos, or long-form text.
• Selling merchandise that uses our logo or community images.
• Translating and republishing full pages without coordination (Amharic/English versions on this site are official).
• Using community members’ images or stories in fundraising for other organizations.

5. Third-party and stock materials

Some images or icons may be licensed from third parties (for example stock photo sites or Font Awesome). Those items remain subject to their respective licenses and are not covered by our grant in section 2.

6. Open-source and technical components

Underlying software libraries, fonts, and frameworks used to build this site have their own licenses (MIT, SIL Open Font License, etc.). Our content license does not extend to those components.

7. Trademarks

“Awra Amba Community” and associated logos are identifiers of our organization. You may not register or use confusingly similar marks without permission.

8. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in a request to stop, takedown notices, or legal action where appropriate. We prefer cooperation; contact us if you are unsure whether a use is allowed.
