These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Awra Amba Community New Chapter Behaviour and Development Building Multipurpose Association (“Association”, “we”, “us”) regarding use of our website and related online services.
2. Purpose of the website
This site provides information about our mission, programs, accomplishments, events, and ways to support or join our work. Content is for general information and community engagement. It does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You may use this site if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes:

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Program outcomes described are based on our experience and reports; individual results may vary.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Association and its officers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly for services in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if no payment was made.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site, except where caused by our intentional misconduct.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts or authorities of Ethiopia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
